Managing director of CEIS Group Kamilla Szandrocha had a meetup with Ms Commissioner Mariya Gabriel, responsible for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth and discussing the challenges of supporting innovation in Central Eastern Europe. One of the topics they covered was the question, why the CEE region underrepresented among the winners of direct EU Funds. They agreed that common strategies should be worked out to change this tendency, with the participation of the whole ecosystem. The event was organized by European Institute of Innovation and Technology.
